Ubuntu system apt reports an error: relocation error

Today, I can’t get up after updating the system and starting the software. The error is as follows
/usr/lib/apt/methods/http: relocation error: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libgnutls.so.30: symbol _idn2_punycode_decode version IDN2_0.0.0 not defined in file libidn2.so.0 with link time reference
This means that there is a variable undefined in libgnutls.so. The software cannot operate normally.
Data access can be downgraded to the previous normal version. The specific reason is unknown. We can only wait for the official to fix the problem
Download debhttps://share.weiyun.com/541Scvk
Then execute the commandsudo dpkg -i libidn2-0_2.0.5-1_amd64_1.deb。 Wait for the installation to complete.
Execute againsudo apt updateIt can run normally at this time.
