Emeditor shortcut

New text: Ctrl + n creates a new text file.

Open: Ctrl + O opens an existing file.

Save: Ctrl + s saves the current file.

Reload as Japanese: shift JIS reloads the current file as Japanese shift JIS encoding.

Print: Ctrl + P prints the current file.

Restore workspace: Ctrl + 0 restores a saved workspace state.

Save workspace: Ctrl + Shift + 0 saves the workspace.

Save and close: Ctrl + e saves and closes the current file.

Close: Ctrl + F4, Ctrl + W close the current file.

Save and close all: Ctrl + Shift + e saves and closes all open files.

Close all: Alt + Shift + X closes all open files.

Undo: Alt + backspace, Ctrl + Z undo the last action

Redo: Ctrl + y redo the last undone action

Cut: Shift + delete, Ctrl + X cuts the selection (if selected) or the current row (if unchecked) and pastes it to the clipboard. Cut current line Ctrl + L cut current line and copy to clipboard.

Cut selection: cuts the selection and moves its channel clipboard.

Copy: Ctrl + C, Ctrl + insert copies the selection or the current row and pastes it to the clipboard.

Copy as reference text: Ctrl + Q copies the selection as reference text and pastes it to the clipboard.

Copy and deselect: Ctrl + Shift + C copies the selection to the clipboard and deselects the text.

Copy as reference and deselect: Ctrl + Shift + Q copies the selection as reference, pastes it to the clipboard and deselects it. Paste Ctrl + V, shift + insert inserts the contents of the clipboard at the cursor position.

Paste as system default code: Alt + Ctrl + V paste as system default code.

Delete the character to the left of the current cursor: backspace deletes the selection or one character to the left of the current cursor. Delete the current row Ctrl + Shift + L delete the entire current row.

Delete word: Ctrl + Shift + delete delete the word where the current cursor is located.

Delete the word on the right: Ctrl + delete delete the word on the right of the current cursor.

Delete the word to the left of the cursor: Ctrl + backspace delete the word to the left of the current cursor.

Move one character right: right moves the cursor one character to the right.

Move left one character: left moves the cursor one character to the left.

Move one word right: Ctrl + right moves the cursor one word to the right.

Move one word left: Ctrl + left moves the cursor one word to the left.

Move to the beginning of the current line: Alt + Ctrl + home move the cursor to the beginning of the current line.

Current line beginning or text starting position: home moves the cursor to the first non empty character in the current line. Move to the beginning of the current logical line Alt + home move the cursor to the beginning of the current logical line.

Move to the end of the current row: end moves the cursor to the end of the current row.

Move to the end of the current logical line: Alt + end move the cursor to the end of the current logical line.

Find matching parentheses: Ctrl +] move the cursor to the matching parentheses / brackets / braces.
