Recently, I installed windows 11 on the physical machine. I have to say that the moment I saw the desktop after boot, I felt that I was using MacOS
As we all know, windows 11 has no great changes at the bottom kernel level, and the interface is brand-new. Now there are rounded rectangles, frosted glass, translucent background everywhere in the system
Next, I’ll show you some changes in the interface and functions
This time, Microsoft’s internal preview version 10.0.22000.100 is used (or 10 is ridiculous)
First, let’s take a look at the lock screen interface after startup. It turns out that the time in the lower left corner is in the middle, and the font of time is also thickened
I have to say that this improvement is still very good-looking.
Also, I don’t know if I make complaints about the preview version, so I think it’s very ugly to turn off, restart and update the interface.
Pure black, nothing but the text in the center and the loading icon
In addition, the desktop background of windows 11 is also OK. Here I put an original 4K picture, which can be eaten by myself.
Take a look at the search interface and notice that the colorless magnifying glass at the bottom has changed into a pattern
Common applications (as long as the GUI uses Windows SDK applications) have now become rounded rectangle.
The button also becomes a rounded rectangle
The notification box is also a rounded rectangle
Part of the content has not become a rounded rectangle. Update 2021 / 08 / 06: this issue has been fixed in preview version 22000.120.
22000.100 not repaired
In order to benchmark the control center function (Bushi) of MacOS Big Sur, windows 11 also has a control center..
Many default applications have new icons, which is very similar to the operation of MacOS.
The settings now look like this
Here, I’m going to see the enemy of windows 10: is the control panel still there, and the result
The control panel is still there, and the icons and interfaces have been redesigned. Does this mean that they will never be removed[ [cover your face and laugh]
Take a look at the user account control interface (administrator permission request interface), which is also OK.
Update on August 6, 2021: the ALT + Tab interface we used to play at school now looks like this.
File explorer now looks like this.
Update on August 6, 2021: the application preview interface looks like this.
By the way, this is the newly added widget function (?) Do you feel like you’ve seen it somewhere?
There are also multiple desktop functions. Note that this is not to create a new desktop.
By the way, the old screenshot tool is still there, but the icon has been redesigned.
Also, Microsoft’s own input method has become flat…
There is also a new automatic split screen function.
And the “new” and “redesigned” Microsoft Store.
One more thing: now the right-click menu has become like this. To be honest, it’s a little uncomfortable.
After clicking to display more options, a menu similar to the original one will pop up
On August 5, 2021, the newly designed shortcut icon looks like this
The biggest regret of this preview version is that it still does not support running Android applications. I hope Microsoft will release the supported version as soon as possible. After all, Microsoft once said it would release the official version of windows 11 this year.
There is also a great regret that the computer blue screen (because it is a preview version, it is a green screen) interface has not changed.
Update 2021 / 08 / 05: some people say that now the blue screen has become the same black interface as the shutdown and restart update, but it seems that my windows 11 can only have a green screen, not a “black screen”.
Update 2021 / 08 / 05: the current audio prompt box (the one in the upper left corner) is still the style of windows 10 (black, no frosted glass, no rounded rectangle).
Update on August 6, 2021: it is found that some icons are still the same and have not been redesigned.
Update 2021 / 08 / 06: Microsoft’s own office software has not adapted to the new windows 11 style?!
Update on August 6, 2021: in the early morning of August 6, 2021, Microsoft released windows 11 insider preview build 22000.120. For details, see:https://blogs.windows.com/win…
I also updated this version for a period of time. Next, I’ll summarize this version for you.
This version still does not support Android features. The app store looks a little better. Dozens of bugs were fixed. Dozens of new bugs were found.
Update on August 13, 2021: in the early morning of August 13, 2021, Microsoft released windows 11 insider preview build 22000.132. For details, see:https://blogs.windows.com/win…
At present, my experience of using Windows 11 is about this. I hope you can like my article.
