Method of synthesizing red hat 9.0 CD ISO into a DVD ISO

Combine three red hat 9.0 CD ISOs into one DVD ISOmethod
1. First of all, you must have a large disk space of about 3.5G. If you are free, create a document folder createiso, and then put your three ISO documents shreke-i386-disk1.iso, shreke-i386-disk2.iso, shreke-i386-disk3.iso into createiso
2. Enter the following command
  mkdir shrike-i386-disc{1,2,3} shrike-docs
This is to create four directories: shreke-i386-disc{1,2,3} and shreke docs
3. Mount the three ISO image documents just put into createiso to the three directories established shreke-i386-disc{1,2,3}
mount -o ro,loop shrike-i386-disc1.iso shrike-i386-disc1
mount -o ro,loop shrike-i386-disc2.iso shrike-i386-disc2
mount -o ro,loop shrike-i386-disc3.iso shrike-i386-disc3
4 enter the following command
  cp  -a shrike-i386-disc1/isolinux  shrike-i386-disc1/.discinfo  .
These are the isolinux and.Discinfo documents in copy shreke-i386-disc1 in this directory
5 edit The discinfo document replaces 1 in line 4 with 1,2,3 to indicate that the three disk ISOs are used
6 enter the following command (the whole following is an instruction)
  mkisofs -o shrike-i386-dvd.iso -b isolinux/isolinux.bin -c isolinux/ -no-emul-boot -boot-load-size 4 -boot-info-table -R -m TRANS.TBL -x shrike-i386-disc1/.discinfo -x shrike-i386-disc1/isolinux -graft-points shrike-i386-disc1 .discinfo=.discinfo isolinux/=isolinux RedHat/=shrike-i386-disc2/RedHat RedHat/=shrike-i386-disc3/RedHat docs/=shrike-docs
Finally, shreke-i386-dvd.iso is generated, and it is finished. Shreke-i386-dvd.iso document is engraved into DVD disc, and theninstallRed hat 9.0 doesn’t need to change the disk, is it cool enough!
Note: the mkisofs command is not built-in to the Linux system. You need to firstinstall. the document name is
Mkisofs-2.01.a19-0.i686.rpm this document can be downloaded from the following address:
