Linux user alias file configuration method

Modify the ~/.bashrc file to configure alias defined by the user

$> vi ~/.bashrc

# .bash_profile

# Get the aliases and functions
if [ -f ~/.bashrc ]; then
        . ~/.bashrc

# User specific environment and startup programs

export PATH

At the end of the file, add a custom alias statement

echo "My alias has started successfully!"
echo "Type 'alias' to see more about this!"

# my
alias la='ls -al --color=auto'
# my-end

This change needs to take effect on the next login.

To take effect immediately, enter:

$> source ~/.bashrc
