How to wrap HTML title attribute

Two days ago, when writing the program, I wanted to wrap the prompt message (title). Neither ‘\ n < br >’ can be used.
Finally, it was great to return the car directly.
I searched the Internet.
There are two solutions:
1. Divide the title attribute into several lines, for example:
< a href = # “title =” description I
Note II
Illustration 3 “> Impressionism</a>
2. The first line is not intuitive enough. We can also add &#10 where line breaks are needed; (change & to half angle, the same below) or To achieve:
< a href = # “title =” description I Note II Illustration 3 “> Impressionism</a>
< a href = # “title =” description I Note II Illustration 3 “> Impressionism</a>
