How to use group policy to prohibit win10 automatic update

1. First, press “windows” and “R” at the same time to call up the running window, as shown in the following figure:

2. Enter “gpedit. MSc” in the run window, and then click OK to enter the local group policy editor, as shown in the following figure:

3. After entering the local group policy editor, click “computer configuration”, “management template”, “windows components”, “Windows Update”, and then click “configure automatic update” in the “Windows Update” interface, as shown in the following figure:

5. Finally, find computer configuration – user configuration – management template – win update, and then select to delete all win update functions, as shown in the following figure:
