Apple Mac has a sharing screen function, but many users have not tried this function, do not know how to use it. Today, Xiaobian brings you a picture and text tutorial of MAC screen sharing settings. Let’s have a look.
1. If two devices are in the same LAN, i.e. connected to the same WiFi, you can open the finder of the client, see “shared” on the left, click the server name, and then click “share screen” in the upper right corner.
Enter the name and password of the server. If you need to visit frequently, check remember password.
2. If the two devices are not in the same LAN, you can open the server’s system preference – share, check “screen share” on the left, and you can see a string of addresses on the right, copy them.
Open finder and click “go to connect to server”
Enter the address you just copied. If you click “+” on the right side of the input box, you can save the address. Next time, you don’t need to enter it. Click “connect” and enter the user name and password of the server to share.
OS X also enables multiple clients to access a server at the same time. If you copy files, you can drag them directly. Therefore, you can no longer use airdrop when sharing screens. You can also copy and paste text between two devices. It should be noted that when the “shared screen” window is activated, most of the key combinations will be directly applied to the server, so if you want to use the client, you need to activate any window outside the “shared screen” or click the minimize button with the mouse.
