In the past, these ISO image files were often used under windows. We can use virtual optical drive to load them, but there are no tools under Linux. What should we do under Linux?
First, we need to load ISO into a directory.
Mount – O loop ISO filename destination
For example, we need to temporarily load the ISO file into the directory / MNT / ISO. Of course, we need to create this directory first.
# mkdir /mnt/ISO
Then we load the ISO file;
# mount -o loop /mnt/wind/xxx.iso /mnt/ISO/
This is equivalent to the use of virtual optical drive under windows.
